AIM 6.0 Q&A Volume VI
How do I load, save, import, or export my buddy list in AIM 6.0?
I posted on this before, here, but this one deserves its own post due to the volume of requests. AIM 6.0 does not have this functionality built-in. You have to install the buddy list operations plug-in to get it. This plug-in is part of the AIM Gadgets collection of plug-ins.
Once installed, it exposes two menu items in the “Actions” menu as shown here that help you do what you want:

Let me know if there is some interest in separating this plug-in out into a simple standalone version. I would be happy to do it but Greg appears to be on the verge of releasing an update to the AIM Gadgets. Hopefully, this will be a standalone install.
In the mean time, I am trying to get functionality built into the next version of AIM 6.x.
